Oddly enough, the first thing that drew my attention here was the writing on the building in the background (what does it say? 
)
I have to say this is a great example for black&white used well. Personally, I too often shoot in color and then can't seem to bring myself to change the image to black and white, but it works well here. It's a little busy though, I'm not sure what exactly I should be focusing on. The title and description of the deviation lead me to believe the main focus is on the couple, I could be wrong though. I guess this would be easier to determine if the depth of field was different. Great, spontaneous shot either way
